Contact Us About This FrameThe Marlatt barn frame circa early 1870’s. This barn measures 36’x60’ with the peak of roof at 25’. The barn has (3) 20’ bays. Highly accent barn with nice large wind bracing. Rare double stacked interior tie beams. Also rare tapered end wall tie beams. This barn is one of the first sash sawn timber barns in the area. Known as transition barns, the uprights all are horizontally saw with a portable sash saw mill and a steam engine. Great workmanship and another outstanding historic frame available.
