Outstanding non-typical repurposed barn frame for sale. This 40'x61' circa late 1830's is loaded with big handhewn timbers. All upright post are a full 12''x12'' x16'. The primary tie beams are monsters 12''x14''x38' white oak. This is a king post roof design. What sets this frame apart from your typical barn layout is the massive 12'' x 12''to 18''x38' swing beam that carriers 8'' thick sleeper logs thru a 29' deep loft area. In this frame you will only have (3) interior post located on the main floor area. In the loft area you have an 29'x40' original built loft with 2 post that tie into the mid rafter plate. This is a phenomenal frame with lots of heavy white oak timbers thru out. We will also furnish some outstanding pole rafters that will compliment the original build. This frame was dismantled in August of 2018 and is in covered storage. We include professional dismantle, power washing, tagging, drawings and sprayed with insecticide. A complete set of architectural construction drawings are available at an additional fee.
