Ohio Valley Barn Salvage is pleased to offer for sale The Historic Brad Frame, circa mid 1850's. This (3) bent frame measures 36' wide x37' in length. The low eave height is 15'0'' and the peak of the roof is 26'0''. You have a nice open 20'x36' first bay followed by a17'x36' second bay and this area could easily have a loft added. A set of matching original ladders accent the interior. Beautiful hand-hewn hickory and ash beams that are full size at 10''x10''. Some unknown character axe marks are included with this frame as well as original 5'' sash sawn rafters. This frame would make an amazing great room wrapped by modern construction. The Historic Brad Frame was dismantled in August of 2022 and is in dry storage. Call for special pricing.
