Ohio Valley Barn Salvage is pleased to offer for sale The Historic Miller Barn Frame, circa the early 1840’s, measuring 30’ x 40’. It is rare to find such a nice smaller barn frame with large hewn timbers. This frame is an all-original build with a nice layout for a lake front retreat, historic workshop, studio space or quaint retirement home! This barn has beautiful hewn beams with a very nice clean span swing beam design. The original barn spacing is 18’-12’10’. The 18’ bay was designed to carry a loft above while the 12’ and 10’ bays are accented with an original ladder and nice connecting beams that could accent a nice counter space. The peak of the roof is just 24’ 4”. Also included are the original pole rafters and hay rail track and trolley. This frame was dismantled around October 17, 2023 and is in dry storage while it awaits to be adopted and find a new owner. Call or email for special pricing.
