The Ned Repurposed barn frame circa mid 1880’s is for sale. This unusual, non typical, hand hewn frame measures 46’x52’. The center of the barn has your (2) primary bent spaced 12’ apart. A small swing beam carries an original loft, 20’x46’ deep on 1 end of the barn. The rest of the original build is wide open. You can have almost 2300 square feet of first floor space with just (4) uprights. Out ide walls are 15’4” tall. The peak of the roof is an impressive 36’ and the roof pitch is at least 12/12 (no snow will ever sit on this roof). The beautiful, sturdy roof rafters are in excellent condition. This frame has ''ENUE'' written all over it.
