Smith Repurposed Barn
Circa 1890
This amazing barn transformation was turned into a residential home. The Smith repurposed barn frame was located near Butler, Ohio and reassembled near Mt. Gilead, Ohio in 2006. The barn measured 36’x48’ with attached new build 3 car garage. The barn home features custom built fireplace with gristmill stone, radiant floor heat, repurposed slate roof, reclaimed sycamore barn siding and hickory kitchen cabinets. The owners could not be happier with how this project turned out!
